AMCI has a simple, no-cost application process that provides you with a Term Sheet that outlines many of the specific details of a program we may be able to offer. 48 hours after receiving your Proposal Inquiry Form, requested financial information and having a further conversation with you, we will provide you with a detailed Term Sheet Proposal. If the Term Sheet is acceptable, you can sign the preliminary non-binding acceptance letter and we?ll immediately move ahead to request further due-diligence documentation to approve your Application. If you?d like to see changes to the Term Sheet, we?ll encourage you to mark it up and fax it back to us - we?ll talk and, if were able, we?ll reissue a new Term Sheet for your approval. Typically, it takes two to three weeks from start to funding if everyone is motivated to get it done.
